Summits
In 2024–2025, the MSU Research Foundation advanced Michigan’s innovation ecosystem through a series of five summit events that brought together leaders from research, industry, and government. Each summit served as a catalysts for new partnerships, research collaboration, and talent development, strengthening Michigan’s position as a hub for discovery and commercialization.
By the Numbers:
Together, these events convened more than 700 participants and featured 78 speakers representing emerging technologies from artificial intelligence and quantum computing to sustainable materials and mobility. They generated over 1,000 new professional connections and laid the groundwork for continued research collaborations, startup partnerships, and statewide policy dialogue.
