Science Gallery Lab Detroit and MOCAD explore the science and art of food

Science Gallery Lab Detroit, or SGLD, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit, MOCAD, will host the eighth and final installment of The Intersection discussion series on September 14. The event, The Science of Food and Music, will feature Ahmir "Questlove” Thompson, a world-renowned musician, foodie and New York Times bestselling author; Max Hardy, chef and owner of Detroit’s River Bistro, Coop, and expert on Caribbean-fusion cuisine; and award-winning writer and filmmaker dream hampton.
