•Steel complete 

•Slab on metal deck (2nd floor concrete), first pour completed on 11/12. This completed the 1st of 3 suspended concrete pours. 

•Cold form framing has started. Focus is currently on the roof parapets. 

•Material for the exterior skin is beginning to arrive and be stored on site.
