Beka Skrzyniarz

Director of Finance

Beka serves as the Director of Finance for the MSU Research Foundation and its wholly owned subsidiaries, where she oversees the organization's financial operations and activities. She brings over 15 years of experience in financial auditing, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as expertise in risk management and governance across diverse industries. Beka focuses on aligning financial strategies with organization goals to drive sustainable growth, efficiency, compliance, and profitability. In her role, Beka also manages a $500 million endowment, along with real estate and venture fund portfolios, and oversees robust grant programs.

A Michigan native, Beka earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Western Michigan University. She is a member of the of the Michigan Association of CPAs (MICPA) and resides in the Greater Lansing Area with her family.
